Pay range $2800-$3200/day

Hospital setting
-
Coverage needs are Mon-Thurs week night call coverage and weekend call coverage - Friday (5p) - Mon (7a). Coverage needed is 3 weeks per month

Locum will have a lot of call back hours during the weeknight call

Low risk (Pt's with pre-existing problems, history of twins, history of toxemia, pyelonephritis, hyperemesis, etc.), High risk pregnancy (Pt's with toxemia, diabetes, class II or higher cardiac, chronic lung problems, chronic renal disease, etc.), FHR Interpretation - NST / CST / FSE

Routine delivery (Vaginal, low forceps, decision making for C-section), Complicated delivery - (C-section, breech, multiple births, abruptions, etc.), VBAC's, Repair of 3rd & 4th degree lacerations

Surgery gynecology* - open (operative / major - includes diagnostic) - ectopic pregnancy, ovary removal, cystectomy, extensive LOA's.

Management of cesarean complications to include hysterectomy.
