Job Title:�Medical Oncology Physician

Location:�Ephrata, PA

Employment Type:�Full Time (1.0 FTE)

What You?ll Champion:

• Community-based general adult Hematology/Oncology practice (benign hematology, solid tumors, blood cancers)
• Outpatient Schedule: Mon?Fri, 8:00 AM?4:30 PM�
• Facilities: 9 shared exam rooms; infusion and radiation on-site; embedded palliative care�
• Accredited & Collaborative: CoC accredited; partnership with Johns Hopkins and Maryland Proton Center�
• Team: Fully staffed ? 2.5 Medical Oncologists, 1 PRN Medical Oncologist, 3.0 APPs.� Currently supported by navigation, social work, dietary, research, and genetic counseling (hybrid model).�
• Volume & Call: 14-16 patients per day, shared call-coverage model to include inpatient consults and rounding (Hospitalists admit)
