- Full-time; Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m.
- 2 clinic days and 3 OR days per week
- Call: alternating weekdays and weekends
- Patient volume: 10-15 clinic visits/day; 2-4 surgical cases per OR day
- Support staff: 1 MA and 3 RNs
- Requirements: Active Indiana medical license, Active DEA and Indiana CSR, Board Certified
