Position Overview:
Full-time BC/BE Faculty Gynecologic Oncologist
Hospital-based position in Tyler, Texas
Opportunity to make a meaningful impact serving East Texas communities
Your Work:
Faculty appointment within the medical school
Active involvement in resident education
Balanced mix of inpatient and outpatient responsibilities
Typical schedule:
- 2–3 days in outpatient clinic
- 2–3 days in the OR
Opportunity to oversee the chemotherapy clinic
Access to advanced surgical technology, including the da Vinci robotic surgical system
Opportunities for research collaboration through GOG and MD Anderson clinical trials
Comprehensive support staff, including multiple Advanced Practice Providers dedicated to oncology services
Collaboration with supporting specialists:
- OB/GYN Faculty
- OB/GYN Hospitalists
- Medical Oncologists
- Urogynecologists
Opportunities to collaborate with rural clinics throughout East Texas
Collaborative call structure shared among multiple specialties with flexibility and physician input
Recruitment Package May Include:
