Dedicated Care Team to assist with care gaps, patient outreach, care management, post-ER and admission monitoring, post-discharge follow-up care, and RX support.
Multi-Specialty Group Employee, Outpatient or Traditional. 1:2 Call Ratio. Salary OR Income Guarantee. WRVU production incentives. Signing Bonus available, contact us for details.
