• Provides medical/clinical genetic services to individuals and families with a medical history with a known or suspected inherited condition using telecommunication technology.
• Ensures efficient patient services are provided.
• Offers information and counseling, coordinates genetic testing, evaluates and determines individual and family?s needs and makes appropriate referrals based on evaluations.
• Contributes in research and is compliant with established research standards.
• Participates in education, outreach and professional development activities.

Candidates should exhibit strong clinical, leadership, and educational skills. The appropriate candidate will be an experienced genetic counselor who is seeking an opportunity to work with a primarily well population of patients and exudes a very polished, professional demeanor.
