Job description
We are seeking a Metabolic Geneticist for a locum tenens position in Richmond, VA. This is a clinic-based opportunity at an academic medical center with call coverage and a telehealth component. Please see below for more information.
- Academic/training practice setting
- Acute care hospital
- EMR: Epic
Job Responsibilities
Staff outpatient metabolic genetics clinics
Provide call coverage for the metabolic genetics service
Deliver telehealth consultations
Collaborate with the existing physician and advanced practice team
Qualifications
Virginia state license required - candidates willing to license will be considered
DEA required
BLS, ACLS, and PALS required
Working Hours
Monday: all-day clinic
Tuesday: half-day clinic
Thursday: all-day clinic
Call coverage all remaining days and nights during the on-site week
Telehealth coverage on select days outside the on-site week
