Job description
We are seeking a Metabolic Geneticist for a locum tenens position in Saint Louis, MO, please see below for more information:
• Outpatient clinic + inpatient consults at a children's hospital
• Primarily pediatric patients with occasional adult patients
• Focus on general genetics evaluations and biochemical/metabolic disorder management
• Inpatient consults in PICU, NICU, and pediatric wards
• Strong collaboration with genetic counselors required • EMR: Epic
Job Responsibilities
• Provide inpatient genetic consults across PICU, NICU, and pediatric floors
• Work closely with genetic counselors and multidisciplinary teams
• Participate in night and weekend call
Qualifications
• Active Missouri license (Illinois license preferred for telehealth)
• BLS required
• DEA and Missouri CSR required
Working Hours
• Night and weekend call required
• 4-day work week
