Indiana University Health Department of Medical and Molecular Genetics is seeking a Clinical Geneticist. Our pioneering human genetics department has a rich history of contribution to the understanding of numerous genetic conditions through the integration of research in genetic and genomic mechanisms, translational research in disease models, and clinical trials in rare and common genetic diseases. You will collaborate with colleagues across the IU Health system to treat some of the most complicated diagnosis known to medicine. Our Department of Medical and Molecular Genetics is ranked No. 5 in the nation for NIH funding among all U.S. medical schools.

Position Details:

  • Schedule: 5/days week (OP 90% - IP10%) average 20 patients per week in clinic
  • Practice sites: IU Health Methodist and University Hospitals (adult academic health center) and Riley Children's Hospital
  • Compassionate care and treatment of children and adults with genetic disorders
  • Multi-disciplinary care team includes genetic counselors, dietitians, nursing and social work
