Job Summary:
HCA Florida Northwest Hospital is actively seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Gastroenterologist to join our dynamic and expanding Gastroenterology Program. This is a unique opportunity to combine excellence, innovation, and medical education in a desirable location in South Florida.Qualifications:
- Board Eligible or Board Certified in Gastroenterology
- ERCP proficiency required
- Advanced endoscopic skills are strongly preferred, including:
- Endoscopic Ultrasound (EUS)
- Endoscopic Mucosal Resection (EMR)
- Endoscopic Submucosal Dissection (ESD)
- Radiofrequency Ablation (RFA)
- Balloon-Assisted Enteroscopy
- Capsule Endoscopy
- Endoluminal Stenting
Clinical Responsibilities
- Delivering comprehensive GI care in an inpatient setting
- Collaborate with a wide range of surgical specialists, including colorectal, bariatric, and general surgery
- Participate in and help lead educational programs within our ACGME-accredited Internal Medicine and Surgery Residency Programs
- Contribute to the strategic development of subspecialty training and academic programming in gastroenterology
