Gastroenterology Physician Opportunity - Miami, FL
Full-Time | Permanent | Gastroenterology
*Position Details*
* Join a well-established and growing private practice in Miami, FL
* Opportunity to join an existing solo practitioner and help expand the practice
* Full-time position with daytime schedule and rotating weekend coverage
* Opportunity to take hospital ER call, but participation is not mandated by the practice
* Share after-hours practice coverage with the existing physician
* Opportunity to perform general surgery in addition to specialty practice, if desired
* Established referral base with strong procedural volume
* Affiliated with multiple hospitals and ambulatory surgery centers throughout Miami
* Office is certified for Level II anesthesia
* Large volume of in-office procedures performed under local and monitored anesthesia care
* Spanish-speaking skills are a plus but not required
* Excellent communication skills required
*Clinical Practice*
* Established colorectal surgery practice with an opportunity to expand services
* High-volume colonoscopy practice
* Significant anorectal disease volume
* Opportunity to broaden the scope of services as the practice grows
* Supportive physician-owned practice environment
* Potential for increasing clinical and business responsibilities over time
*Candidate Qualifications*
* MD or DO
* Board Certified or Board Eligible in Gastroenterology
* Strong clinical and procedural skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work collaboratively with an established physician
