- Dates of Coverage Needed:
- July 23-July 29 (ending at 8 AM on July 30)
- August 6-August 12 (ending at 8 AM on August 13)
- October 15-October 21 (ending at 8 AM on October 22)
- November 19-November 25 (ending at 8 AM on November 26)
- December 24-December 30 (ending at 8 AM on December 31)
- Shift Times: Call coverage only; no clinic responsibilities
- Requirements: Board Certified, Active NY license
- Patient Volume: Approximately 3 inpatient consults per day
- Average of 8 procedures during the day
- Weekend volume limited to emergent cases
- EMR: EPIC
- Credentialing Timeframe: Approximately 90 days
