Gastroenterology Opportunity in Memphis, Tennessee

Step into immediate patient demand with an established outpatient gastroenterology practice currently referring roughly 300 colonoscopies per month outside the network. This employed Gastroenterology opportunity in Memphis, Tennessee offers a clinic and ASC-focused model, dedicated APP support, and significant production potential. You will join a growing team where you can build volume quickly and have a meaningful role in shaping the practice's future.

Why Join Us?

  • Immediate Patient Demand: Approximately 300 colonoscopies per month are currently referred outside the network, creating an established backlog and an expected ramp to median production in about six months.
  • ASC-Focused Schedule: Your typical week includes two clinic days, 2.5 procedure days primarily at the ASC, and a half-day of administrative time.
  • Strong Production Potential: Current gastroenterologists generate approximately 15,000 to 18,000 wRVUs annually, with a Year 1 salary guarantee plus quarterly wRVU upside before transitioning to production-based compensation.
  • Dedicated Clinical Support: Each physician receives dedicated APP support within a fully staffed team that includes three PAs, endoscopy nurses, and GI technicians.

Candidate Requirements

  • Board certification or eligibility in Gastroenterology through ABIM is required.
  • Candidates must be comfortable in a high-volume outpatient clinic and ASC endoscopy setting.
  • Candidates must be willing to participate in hospital ED call during Year 1.
  • Early to mid-career physicians are preferred, and fellows may sign in advance.
  • H-1B candidates are eligible.
