REQUIRED PROCEDURES

JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Licenses: Active NY State License
- Board: Board Certified in Gastroenterology
- Certifications: BLS, ACLS (AHA or RQI)
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in the last 2 years
- Other Qualifications: Epic experience required; no residents or fellows
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide 24-hour call coverage including office and procedure duties
- Perform upper and lower endoscopies (EGD, colonoscopy)
- Perform PEG tube placement and esophageal dilation
- Manage inpatient and outpatient GI consultations
- Complete documentation and administrative tasks
