Schedule:
- Monday–Friday: 7:00 AM–5:00 PM
- Weeknight call: 5:00 PM–7:00 AM
- Weekend: 24-hour call rotation
- Nights and weekends required
Opportunity:
- Locum Gastroenterology coverage in a hospital setting
- Multiple providers may be considered to fulfill the coverage
- EPIC EMR
- Approximately 12–15 procedures/day
- Approximately 12 hospital-based patients/day
Procedures:
- EGD
- Colonoscopy
- Lower GI endoscopy
- Sigmoidoscopy
- Small bowel biopsy
- Capsule deployment
- Esophageal dilation
Requirements:
- Board Certified
- Active Illinois Medical License
- DEA
- Controlled Substance CSR/CDS
Travel:
- Airfare and lodging provided within applicable travel guidelines
