Permanent Physician - Gastroenterology
Position Type: Permanent
Specialty: Physician - Gastroenterology
Location: Bay City, MI.
Shift: Days + On call
Position Details:
Setting: Hospital and ambulatory endoscopy surgery center
Responsibilities: Ambulatory endoscopy procedures, inpatient ERCP and EUS, and shared call coverage.
Required Procedures: ERCP and EUS
EMR System: Cerner
Support Staff: Well-trained endoscopy staff, Hospitalist support, and 2 colorectal surgeons in the community
On-Call/Weekends: 1:3 call coverage; shared weekend call coverage
Submission Requirements:
- Board Eligible or Board Certified in Gastroenterology
- Michigan license or in process
- NPDB Self Query Report within 30 days
- Ability to specialize in ERCP and EUS; DEA and CSR/CDS required prior to start
