Job Responsibilities - Perform upper gastrointestinal (GI) endoscopies, including biopsies, foreign body removal, and bleeder cauterization. - Conduct lower GI endoscopies such as sigmoidoscopy and colonoscopy with biopsy and polyp excision. - Handle patient procedures with moderate sedation, occasionally supported by anesthesiology.
Qualifications - Board Certified in Gastroenterology - BLS and ACLS certification required - Experience with moderate sedation techniques - Completed fellowship in Gastroenterology
Working Hours - Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Skills - Proficiency in performing GI endoscopic procedures - Comfort with administering moderate sedation - Ability to work collaboratively with nursing staff and support personnel - Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities
