Job description
We are seeking a fellowship-trained professional for Advanced Endoscopies. The role involves performing 50% advanced endoscopy procedures and 50% general gastroenterology work, including ERCP and EUS. The position includes both outpatient and inpatient GI work.
Responsibilities
- Perform advanced endoscopy procedures including ERCP and EUS.
- Engage in both outpatient and inpatient gastroenterology work.
- Collaborate with a team of 5 other hospital-employed gastroenterologists.
- Participate in an academic role, working with GI fellows.
- Participate in a call schedule approximately 1:6, with initial handling by fellows.
Requirements
- Must be fellowship trained in Gastroenterology with an Advanced Endoscopy fellowship.
- Board Eligible or Board Certified.
- Must possess a valid New York medical license.
