Job description
We are seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Gastroenterologist for a full-time permanent opportunity in Littleton, New Hampshire. This position offers an attractive 4-day workweek, and a balanced mix of outpatient clinic and endoscopy. This is a permanent position only; locum candidates will not be considered.
Position Details
- Full-time permanent position
- 4-day workweek
- Typically 2 clinic days and 2 endoscopy days per week
- Schedule may be adjusted based on the physician’s special interests
- Critical Access Hospital setting
- Approximately 25 hospital beds
Clinical Schedule & Volume
- Clinic Days: Approximately 12 patients per day
- Endoscopy Days: Approximately 13–15 cases per day
- Upper and lower endoscopy
- Rarely may be asked to scope an admitted patient
- Nurse Anesthetist provides sedation
Practice Setting
- Gastroenterology
- Outpatient clinic and endoscopy suite
- Experienced APRN support
- Cerner/Oracle EMR
- Dragon dictation
Requirements
- MD or DO
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Gastroenterology
- Fellowship-trained Gastroenterologists encouraged to apply
- New Hampshire medical license not required at presentation
- Candidates who are eligible to obtain a New Hampshire license will be considered
- International candidates welcome
