We are seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Gastroenterologist for a full-time permanent opportunity in Littleton, New Hampshire. This position offers an attractive 4-day workweek, and a balanced mix of outpatient clinic and endoscopy. This is a permanent position only; locum candidates will not be considered.

Position Details

  • Full-time permanent position
  • 4-day workweek
  • Typically 2 clinic days and 2 endoscopy days per week
  • Schedule may be adjusted based on the physician’s special interests
  • Critical Access Hospital setting
  • Approximately 25 hospital beds

Clinical Schedule & Volume

  • Clinic Days: Approximately 12 patients per day
  • Endoscopy Days: Approximately 13–15 cases per day
  • Upper and lower endoscopy
  • Rarely may be asked to scope an admitted patient
  • Nurse Anesthetist provides sedation

Practice Setting

  • Gastroenterology
  • Outpatient clinic and endoscopy suite
  • Experienced APRN support
  • Cerner/Oracle EMR
  • Dragon dictation

Requirements

  • MD or DO
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Gastroenterology
  • Fellowship-trained Gastroenterologists encouraged to apply
  • New Hampshire medical license not required at presentation
  • Candidates who are eligible to obtain a New Hampshire license will be considered
  • International candidates welcome
  • Visa sponsorship available
