Gastroenterology Physician – Locum Tenens
We are seeking a Gastroenterology Physician for inpatient locum tenens coverage in Lakewood, Colorado, at a Level I Trauma Center. Coverage is needed to help fill ongoing scheduling gaps.
Position Details
- Location: Lakewood, CO
- Schedule: 24-hour call, 7:00 AM–7:00 AM
- Current Dates: September 6–10
- Ongoing Coverage: Additional dates available beginning January 2027
- Preference: 7-day stints preferred, but not required
- Setting: Inpatient
- EMR: EPIC
- Support Staff: None
- Coverage Need: Year-round
Clinical Responsibilities
- Endoscopy and scoping procedures
- ERCP and EUS
- Evaluation and management of GI conditions
- GI bleed management
- General inpatient gastroenterology care
