M-F or 7 day Block option to the provider, 24-Hour Call as needed or Clinic Procedures + Overnight Call as needed

Schedule:
The facility is flexible regarding the type of coverage provided:
When on 24hr call:
Hospitalist / Call Coverage
24-hour call/hospitalist shifts
Weekday and weekend coverage
Ambulatory / Endoscopy Coverage
When on OP:
8–9 hour day shifts
Clinic and outpatient endoscopy setting
Standard day hours: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Rounding and admissions required
Hospital census varies

Position Requirements:
• Board Certified Gastroenterology
• Washington License preferred
• IMLC accepted
• ACLS required
• Epic experience required
• MD/DO
• Ability to provide both inpatient and outpatient GI coverage
Procedures Required:
• Gastroenterology procedures
Provider must provide documentation of ERCP experience representative of the requested privileges during the previous 24 months unless they completed training within the previous year.
If the provider does not meet the maintenance volume requirement, the facility requires proctoring for the remaining cases by a physician who currently holds the privilege.
General GI Responsibilities:
• Inpatient rounding
• Admissions
• GI consultations
• Inpatient procedures
• Outpatient clinic
• Outpatient endoscopy
Patient Volume:
Clinic: Approximately 16 patients/day
Outpatient Endoscopy: Approximately 14–16 procedures/day
Hospital Census: Varies
Credentialing / Case Logs:
• Case logs required for privileges
• Documentation must demonstrate GI services representative of the scope and complexity of requested privileges during the previous 24 months
