Job description
We are seeking a Gastroenterologist for a locum tenens position in Longview, Texas. This is a call-only coverage opportunity at an acute care hospital. Please see below for more information.
- Level III trauma center
- EMR: Athena / Medhost
Job Responsibilities
Evaluate and manage inpatient consults
Provide emergency department consults
Accept and manage patient transfers
Perform ERCP and EUS; preferred, not required
Qualifications
Active Texas medical license required
DEA required
ACLS required
Provider must reside 90+ miles from the facility
Working Hours
24-hour on-call shifts, 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 a.m.
Day and night call
Call required
