Job description
We are seeking a Gastroenterologist for a permanent position in Rochester, New York. This is a full-time permanent placement with an established health system practice. Please see below for more information.
- 470-bed hospital
- Practice is based primarily at one Rochester campus, with possible rotation to a second system facility approximately 15 minutes away
- Epic EMR
- Open to both experienced gastroenterologists and physicians completing fellowship training
- Base salary of $600,000 annually
- Additional $60,000 annual quality bonus
- wRVU incentive structure included
Job Responsibilities
Perform colonoscopies and EGDs
Opportunity to perform advanced endoscopic procedures including ERCP and EUS for providers with those skills
Participate in hospital call coverage
Qualifications
Active New York state medical license in hand
AHA or RQI certification
Epic EMR experience required
Working Hours
7:30 AM - 3:30 PM
Hospital call included
24-hour call rotation shared daily among the group, not week-long stretches
