Job description
We are seeking a Gastroenterologist for a locum tenens position in Morgantown, WV. This is a hospital-based locum tenens opportunity covering clinic and endoscopy center services with call coverage. Please see below for more information.
- 189-bed acute care hospital
- Level IV trauma center
- EMR: Cerner
Job Responsibilities
Perform all general and advanced GI procedures
Endoscopy required
Perform ERCP and EUS
Endoscopy center procedure volume ranges from 12-20 procedures per day
Clinic templates are 40 minutes for new patients and 20 minutes for established patients, with a typical minimum of 10-12 patients per day
Provide scheduled on-call coverage
Qualifications
Active West Virginia state license required; IMLC candidates will be considered
Willing to license
DEA required
BLS required
ACLS required
Working Hours
On-call coverage required
