This role is pivotal in supporting clinical research, education, and adherence to evidence-based protocols within the organization.
Responsibilities
- Lead clinical operations to ensure quality care and efficiency.
- Oversee gastroenterologists and clinical staff, implementing strategies to enhance patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with GI, Department of Medicine, and hospital leadership to fulfill divisional objectives.
- Support clinical research and education initiatives.
- Ensure adherence to evidence-based protocols.
Requirements
- Must have at least 8 years of practice with leadership experience.
- NJ license is required.
- Board-certified gastroenterologist with an active clinical practice.
