Job description
We are seeking a Gastroenterologist for a permanent position in Rochester, New York. This is a hospital-based opportunity with a general GI scope, and a temp-to-perm pathway may also be available. Please see below for more information.
- 470-bed facility
- Epic EMR
Job Responsibilities
• Perform outpatient procedures including colonoscopies and EGDs
• Perform advanced procedures such as ERCP and EUS where within the provider's existing practice scope
• Rotate to a secondary hospital location approximately 15 minutes away as needed
• Integrate into the group's shared call schedule
Qualifications
• Active New York medical license in hand
• Epic EMR experience
• AHA or RQI certification
Working Hours
Hospital call included
24-hour call rotation shared daily among the group rather than week-long stretches
