Schedule Detail
• 24-hour rate includes approximately 6–8 hours of onsite coverage
• Clinic Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Shared call coverage with another provider
• Call is primarily offsite
• Response time expectations:
30 minutes for emergency consultations
12 hours for routine consultations
• Average callback frequency: 1–2 times per week
• Most common reason for callback: Active GI bleeding
• APP support provided
• Patient Population: Complex and often non-compliant patients; family involvement in appointments is common
• Culture: Pleasant and supportive environment
• Providers with strong communication and relationship-building skills are highly preferred
• Upper Endoscopies (EGD)
• Colonoscopies
Advanced Procedures:
• ERCP required (mid-level/moderate complexity)
• EMR not required
• Argon plasma coagulation
• Biopsies of the esophagus, stomach, small bowel, and colon
• Colonoscopy with or without polypectomy
• Diagnostic and therapeutic EGD
• Enteral alimentation
• Esophageal dilation (balloon, bougie, or Savary with guidewire)
• Foreign body removal via EGD
• Flexible sigmoidoscopy
• GI motility studies and 24-hour pH monitoring
• Non-variceal hemostasis (upper and lower GI)
• Percutaneous endoscopic gastrostomy (PEG)
• ERCP
Pay includes ( Flights, Lodging and Rental Car)
Call Back: $520/hr

Daily Pay: $5,500 (to include 8 hrs clinical coverage and night call)Pay includes ( Flights, Lodging and Rental Car)

- NPDB Self query - Current Month Copy - The NPDB - Home Page
- Board Certification: Board Certified GI required
- License Required: KY License or IMLC or willing to wait
- DEA: yes
- Specific Skills Required: ERCP Required
