WCS Healthcare Partners is seeking a dedicated and skilled professional to join our team in Brooklyn. The ideal candidate will have expertise in diagnosing and treating patients with digestive and gastrointestinal diseases, performing endoscopic procedures, and providing comprehensive care and education to patients and their families.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and diagnose patients with digestive and gastrointestinal diseases and disorders.
- Develop treatment plans and ensure appropriate follow-up care.
- Perform endoscopic procedures such as colonoscopies and sigmoidoscopies.
- Educate patients and family members about the diagnosis and treatment process.
- Supervise and mentor gastroenterology fellows and medicine residents assigned to the gastroenterology and hepatology service.
- Provide weekend and evening call coverage for gastroenterology services.
Requirements
- Must be fellowship trained in Gastroenterology (GI).
- Board Eligible or Board Certified (BE or BC).
- Must have a New York (NY) medical license.
- Immediate availability or ability to start within 3-6 months (no 2025s).
