- Dates: ASAP; Ongoing, dedicated 2 weeks/month.
- Coverage weeks (2026): Jul 6-12; Aug 3-10; Aug 31-Sep 7; Sep 28-Oct 5; Oct 26-Nov 2; Nov 23-30.
- Blocks: Full weeks only; must cover 7-14 consecutive days (no half weeks).
- Rounding: Mon-Sun, 8a-5p in-house (approx. 8 hrs/day).
- Call: Mon-Mon, 7a-7a.
- Setting: Inpatient GI service; Department beds: 99; Trauma level: 4
- Patient volume: ~15 encounters per shift.
- Procedures (must): ERCP and EUS.
- Certifications: BC, GI fellowship preferred, NM license, DEA, ERCP, EUS, NM board of pharmacy, ACL, BLS
- Ability to cover full 7-14 day blocks for listed weeks.
- 100% clean background (required for temporary privileges).
- Estimated credentialing time: ~90 days; Temporary privileges available
