ABOUT DELTA PHYSICIAN PLACEMENT

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS Gastroenterology (GI)
- Base salary: $725K to 1 million + earning potential
- Production: Starts day 1, earning potential $1,000,000+
- Relocation: $15K
- Sign On: $50K.
- Student loan Repayment: Through NHSC
- CME: $4k + 5 days
- PTO: 25 days/separate sick time, increase after year 1.
- Benefits: 30 days after hire: Health & Dental
- Retirement: 401K - 3%
- Partnership option: Buy into practice and surgical center.
- Support staff: NP X2
RESPONSIBILITIES AND FACILITY DETAILS Gastroenterology (GI)
- Schedule: 4 .5 week every other Friday off
- Clinic Outpatient: 95% outpatient = ½ day clinic ½ day surgery
- Call: 10 days a month (as needed) (most days no consult, small hospital, largely send out we cannot take high acuity patients.
- Support: Dedicated NP on-site, will have your own MA
