Gastroenterology
EMR: Meditech
24 hr rate can include 6-8 hrs on site.
Assignment Details
Coverage Duration: 12 months
2 weeks/month minimum need
Support Staff: APP support provided
Schedule: Clinic Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
On site or off site: offsite (response within 30 min for Emergency Consultation 12 hours for routine)
How often is the provider called in after hours? 1-2 x/week
Most common reasons for call: active bleed
Average Procedures Per Day: 12-14
General GI:
· Upper Endoscopies (EGD)
· Colonoscopies
Advanced Procedures:
· ERCP: Yes (mid-level / moderate complexity)
