We are seeking a Gastroenterologist for a locum tenens position in Lewisburg, PA. This is a hospital-based opportunity combining endoscopic procedures, inpatient consults, and occasional outpatient clinic, with on-call coverage required. Please see below for more information.

EMR: Epic
Job Responsibilities
Cover inpatient consults in the afternoons
Round on hospital and ER consults
Provide outpatient clinic coverage as needed (one patient every 40 minutes for half the day)
Manage an adult patient population (18+)
Work with anesthesia support on site
Note: no EUS or ERCP required
Qualifications
Active Pennsylvania medical license
DEA
Working Hours
Scheduled procedures approximately 4.5 hours per morning Wed/Thu/Fri (occasional Monday), 7:30a–12:00p
Weeknight beeper call
Saturday/Sunday 24-hour call, 7a–7a
Inpatient coverage in the afternoons
