- Practice Setting: Hospital
- Start Date: As soon as credentialed
- Shift/Schedule Details: 7, Day (24 Hours) 7:00 - 7:00
- Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days, temps avail with clean file
- General Requirements:
- Board Certification: BC
- License Required: TN
- DEA: yes
- Special Procedures: ERCP required
- Certifications Required: ACLS / BLS
- Support Staff: Supporting OR and in-house Endo nurses
- Patient Population/Age: Adults, may be some younger than 18
