Job description
We are seeking a Gastroenterology physician with ERCP skills for a locum tenens position in Bellingham, WA. This is a combined hospitalist, clinic, and procedural coverage opportunity at an acute care hospital with associated endoscopy center. Please see below for more information.
Beds: 251–253
Trauma Level: II–IV
EMR: Epic (Provation GI software preferred)
Job Responsibilities
See approximately 16 patients per day in clinic
Perform 14–16 procedures per day in the outpatient endoscopy center
Perform ERCP procedures
Work alongside other GI physicians within the practice
Care for adult patient population (18+)
Qualifications
ERCP competency (minimum 50 successful procedures in the past 2 years)
Active Washington state license (or IMLC accepted)
DEA
ACLS
Epic experience preferred
Working Hours
Weekday and weekend coverage
Start Date: 8/10/2026
Contract Length: 26 weeks (6 months)
Employment Type: Locum Tenens – 1099
