Job description
We are seeking an Advanced Gastroenterology physician with ERCP and EUS skills for a locum tenens position in Greensboro, NC. This is a weekday inpatient and endoscopy lab coverage opportunity at an acute care hospital, with coverage spanning two hospital sites and no call required. Please see below for more information.
- Trauma Level: II–IV
- EMR: Epic
Job Responsibilities
Perform ERCP and EUS procedures
Cover the endoscopy/GI lab
Care for adult and geriatric patient populations
Work alongside a dedicated APP
Qualifications
ERCP and EUS competency
Active North Carolina state license (IMLC accepted)
DEA
Working Hours
Weekdays only, no weekends, no call
Start Date: 8/17/2026
Contract Length: 6 months (ongoing until permanent is found)
Employment Type: Locum Tenens – 1099
