We are seeking a Gastroenterology physician for a locum tenens position in Lewisburg, PA. This is an inpatient and procedural coverage opportunity at an acute care hospital, with no EUS or ERCP required. Please see below for more information.

Job Responsibilities
Provide inpatient rounding in the afternoon
Cover ER consults
Provide occasional office/clinic time (approximately 4 hours)
Provide weeknight beeper call coverage and weekend 24-hour call
Care for adult patient population (18+) in an acute care hospital setting
Work alongside a PA on call Monday–Friday 7:00a–3:30p, with IT support and a 24/7 provider service line
Qualifications
Active Pennsylvania state license (or IMLC LOQ in hand)
DEA
Working Hours
Monday–Friday 7:00a–3:00p plus weeknight beeper call
Saturday/Sunday 24-hour call (7:00a–7:00a)
Coverage dates: July 13–18, September 28–October 3, November 2–7, December 20–28
Coverage commitment: 2 weeks per month
Start Date: 7/13/2026
Contract Length: Ongoing
