Contract Details
- Location: Kingsport, TN
- Practice Setting: Hospital
- Start Date: As soon as credentialed
- Shift/Schedule Details: 7, Day (24 Hours) 7:00 - 7:00
- Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days, temps avail with clean file
- General Requirements:
- Board Certification: BC
- License Required: TN or IMLC
- DEA: yes
- Certifications Required: ACLS / BLS
- Special Procedures: ERCP required
- Minimum Experience Required: Well Experienced in all General GI and ERCP Cases and Procedures
- Support Staff: Supporting OR and in-house Endo nurses
- Patient Population/Age: adults, may be some younger than 18
- Estimated procedure volume is approximately 7–8 procedures per day
