An award-winning healthcare organization is seeking a BC/BE Gastroenterologist to join its dedicated inpatient GI service in Southeast Missouri. This GI hospitalist role offers a structured, blocked schedule built for an outstanding balance between career success and personal well-being.
Position Highlights:
• Flexible blocked scheduling model of 168 shifts per year
• Inpatient-only practice working closely with the outpatient GI group
• Strong collaborative relationship with the ED team keeps overnight call minimal
• Average of 10-12 scopes per day
• Advanced procedures (ERCP/EUS) welcomed but not required
• Dedicated inpatient GI APP support Monday-Friday
Compensation & Benefits:
• $750,000 never-ending guaranteed base salary + APP Stipend
• $100,000 sign-on bonus
• PSLF-qualifying employer offering aggressive student loan repayment
• Comprehensive benefits including paid relocation, annual CME allowance and malpractice insurance
Living in Southeast Missouri:
