- Practice Setting: Hospital
- Start Date: As soon as credentialed
- Shift/Schedule Details: 1, Day (24 Hours) 7:00 - 7:00
- Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days, temps avail with clean file
- General Requirements:
- Board Certification: BC
- License Required: NY
- Epic Experience Required
- Skills Required: Upper and Lower Scope Experience. AHA BLS, ACLS
- Minimum Experience Required: 2 years
- Support Staff:
- Anesthesia: in each procedure
- NP: 1
- LPN: 1
