- Location: Lewisburg, PA
- Practice Setting: Hospital
- Start Date: As soon as credentialed
- Shift/Schedule Details: 5, Day (8 Hours) 7:30 - 12:00
- Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days
- General Requirements:
- Board Certification: BC or BE in Gastroenterology
- License Required: PA
- DEA: Required
- Minimum Experience Required: 1 year
- Special Procedures: no EUS or ERCP
- Patient Population/Age: 18+
- Support Staff: Anes on site
