Contract Details
- Location: Longview, TX
- Practice Setting: Hospital
- Start Date: As soon as credentialed
- Shift/Schedule Details: 5, Day (24 Hours) 7:00 - 7:00
- Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days
- General Requirements:
- Board Certification: Required
- License Required: TX
- DEA: Required
- Certifications required: ACLS
- Special Procedures: ECRP and EUS preferred
- Skills required: Will see inpatient consults, ED consults, & transfers
- Support Staff: 1 pa m-f
