Gastroenterologist – Physician Partner Opportunity Maitland, FL (Greater Orlando)
Board-certified gastroenterologists are invited to bring endoscopic and procedural cases to a physician-owned multi-specialty Ambulatory Surgery Center on the 3rd floor. GI is one of the highest-volume procedural specialties at the center, supported by a large $175.0M gross market across the tri-county area.
- $50K buy-in for a 1% equity share (max 2 shares)
- Facility projected to generate $28.3M revenue in Year 1 across 6,310 cases
- 20%+ projected IRR
- $4.46M estimated value of 1% share at Year 10
- Distributions projected to begin in Year 2
Eligible procedures include: colonoscopy (diagnostic and screening), upper endoscopy (EGD), polypectomy, ERCP, capsule endoscopy, and other eligible outpatient GI procedures.
