• We are seeking a Board-Certified Gastroenterology Physician for a locum tenens opportunity in Waynesboro, PA.
• This role offers a balanced mix of endoscopic procedures and inpatient care in a supportive hospital environment.
• Work alongside an experienced team including physicians, APPs, and clinical staff.
• Enjoy a predictable 2-weeks-on / 2-weeks-off schedule for excellent work-life balance.

Job Responsibilities
• Provide inpatient consults and rounding
• Manage a patient volume of approximately 10–11 patients per day
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including APPs and clinical staff
• Maintain accurate documentation using EPIC EMR
• Deliver high-quality patient-centered care
Qualifications
• Active Medical License (Required; PA preferred)
• Valid DEA License
• Minimum 2 years of gastroenterology experience
• Strong procedural and clinical skills
• Clean credentialing file for expedited processing (~90 days)
Working Hours
• Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday
• 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM
• Start Date: June 29, 2026
• Contract Length: 6 months
