Clinical Details

Setting: Hospital (593 beds)

Patient Population: Adults (18+)

Patient Volume: Total census 30–50; 9–16 new consults per day

Procedures: Emergency GI procedures only (no scheduled outpatient procedures; no ERCP or EUS required)

Support Staff: Anes onsite; APP support for consults and follow-ups

EMR: Epic
Responsibilities

Inpatient consults and rounding

Emergency procedures as needed

Collaborate with APPs on patient management and care plans
