- Practice Setting: Hospital/Clinic
- Start Date: As soon as credentialed
- Shift/Schedule Details: Standard - 5, Day (8 Hours) 8:00 - 5:00. Mon-Fri
- Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days
- General Requirements:
- Board Certification: Gastroenterology
- License Required: KY
- Skills/Procedures Required/Case Types: General GI, ERCP
- Average Procedures Per Day: 12-14
- Support Staff: APP support provided
