Gastroenterology Hospitalist (Locum Tenens) – Washington State
Immediate Need | 1–2 Weeks/Month | 24-Hour Call
A facility in Washington State is seeking a GI Hospitalist for ongoing locum tenens coverage.
Assignment Highlights:
- 24-hour call shifts
- 1–2 weeks per month (flexible scheduling)
- Immediate start available
- 5–8 procedures per day
- 3–6 inpatient consults daily
- Strong preference for ERCP experience
Procedures Required:
- Upper & lower GI endoscopy (biopsy, polypectomy, bleeding control)
- ERCP (diagnostic & therapeutic)
- PEG placement
- Esophageal dilatation/manometry
- Colonoscopy & sigmoidoscopy
- EUS, liver biopsy, and additional GI procedures
Support:
- Anesthesia available (MAC + IV sedation options)
- Established clinical support team
