• We are seeking a Board-Certified Gastroenterology Physician (MD/DO) for a locum opportunity at a well-established hospital in Erie, Pennsylvania.
• The role includes both inpatient and procedural GI care with a focus on general GI and ERCP procedures.

Job Responsibilities
• Evaluate and manage patients with GI conditions in both inpatient and GI lab settings
• Provide scheduled coverage along with weeknight and weekend call
• Manage patient care, treatment plans, and follow-ups
• Collaborate with hospital staff and multidisciplinary teams
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation using EPIC EMR
Qualifications
• Board Certified in Gastroenterology (Required)
• Active Pennsylvania license preferred (IMLC candidates considered)
• ACLS and BLS certifications required
• Conscious Sedation experience strongly preferred
Working Hours
• Weeknight and weekend call required
• Coverage Dates:
• June 22–28
• June 29 – July 5
• August 3–7
• August 17–21
• August 31 – September 4
• Credentialing timeframe: 60–90 days
Skills
• Ability to manage inpatient and procedural cases efficiently
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Proficiency in EPIC EMR system
