A nationally respected, physician-led healthcare organization is seeking a BE/BC Gastroenterologist to join a thriving digestive health program.
With a $40,000 sign-on bonus, 11 weeks PTO, and a 4 day work week this group offers an extremely lucrative package in one of Washington states most scenic communites.
The Position:
• 4-Day Work Week ~70% Procedures / 30% Clinic
• High procedural volume with immediate ramp-up
• Call: 1:8, transitioning to minimal call
• No admissions - strong hospitalist support
• General GI focus with advanced GI backup
Compensation & Benefits:
• $620,000 potential base salary + signficiant RVU compensation
• $40,000 signing bonus + relocation assistance
• Full benefits package, malpractice covered, 401(k) with immediate 5% match (fully vested Day 1), CME: $10,000 every 2 years
• 401(k) with immediate 5% match (fully vested Day 1)
• Generous PTO - up to 11 weeks
