* Work alongside a large team of GI physicians and APPs
* High patient volume with strong retention and built-in referrals
* Perform a wide range of GI procedures in a modern endoscopy suite
* Balanced mix of outpatient clinic and procedural work
* Call is evenly distributed across the group
* ~4 weekend call shifts per year
* Additional weekend call compensated
