Job description
• We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Gastroenterologist (MD/DO) to join a well-established outpatient clinic in Klamath Falls, Oregon.
• The physician will provide comprehensive care for patients with digestive system disorders in a collaborative, patient-centered environment.

Job Responsibilities
• Evaluate patients with conditions such as GERD, IBS, inflammatory bowel disease, liver disease, and gastrointestinal bleeding
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and monitor patient progress
• Order and interpret laboratory tests, imaging studies, and endoscopic procedures as appropriate
• Perform or assist with GI procedures such as endoscopies and colonoscopies (if applicable)
• Educate patients on digestive health, treatment options, and preventive care
• Collaborate with primary care providers and specialists to coordinate patient care
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR) system
Qualifications
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Gastroenterology
• Completion of accredited Gastroenterology fellowship training
• Active or eligible Oregon medical license
• DEA certification or eligibility
Working Hours
• Monday – Friday outpatient clinic schedule
• Day shift with a collaborative clinical team
Skills
• Expertise in gastrointestinal diseases and treatments
• Excellent communication and patient counseling skills
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team
• Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR)
